Flaming Horned Bull Gores Spanish Moron

What on earth would possess any human being to light a bull's horns on fire, and set him free while crazed by the flames lapping at his eyeballs?  It's like poor-man's fireworks and it's hard to believe that any civilized people would do something like this.  Who are the animals in this village?

A Spaniard participating in the torturing of bulls to celebrate some saint was gored and flattened out.  Can't say that the Curmudgeon is feeling real sympathy for the buffoon.   Torturing animals for religious beliefs is their culture?  Where DO they come up with this hocus pocus,  voodoo, crap?

It's no wonder that only a few longitude lines to the east, there are still lots of barbarians there who think nothing of cutting off a live human's head, or locking someone in hole for 5 years, or firing off a nuke.

So, do they have cannibals in Spain, too?  They apparently don't eat their cows.  They just light 'em on fire and make them run around all ticked off and crazy.  Sounds like a bad all Rob Schneider film(s).

Sheesh.  And just when you start thinking Europe is so refined and so wonderful....

All of that haughty, superior intellect came from some village over there where somebody or some animal was freely tortured as part of a religious celebration.  We definitely need to be more like Europe.
